Tel Red provides rental services of warehouses and industrial units. Renting a ready-built facility allows you to reduce costs associated with building a warehouse or industrial property from scratch. We make sure that each facility we build is fully functional and safe.
We own, manage and develop factories, industrial parks, logistic centres as well as warehouse spaces which are intended to be leased to companies operating in different sectors. We also own land intended for the construction of new industrial plants, industrial parks, logistic centres, warehouses with a unit size varying from 1,000 m² up to 10,000 m² each. We also operate on the commercial and residential property market.
